If you have a broadband (high-speed) internet connection, on-line training and support for Microsoft Office applications is available from Sudbury Training. Support is available for $60.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour. Prepay for the length of time you think you will need and use it all at once or over several sessions.

Support

Trying to solve a sticky problem in your Office application, try our live, real-time support. In a support session we discuss your problem and  help you to discover possible solutions and alternatives.

Email on-line_support@sudburytraining.com indicating the application for which you are seeking support and how many hours support you would like to purchase. We will send you an invoice which you can either pay by mailing us a cheque or by credit card or PayPal using the pay invoice button on this page. After we receive payment, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for your first on-line support session.

Training

Our on-line training is the next best thing to being there. Conducted in real time and fully interactive, training is carried out in a conversational mode with your live instructor guiding you through the application’s features and techniques.

Email on-line_training@sudburytraining.com indicating the application for which you are seeking training and you current level of experience with the application, and your mailing address. We will send you an invoice for the training which you can either pay by mailing us a cheque or by credit card or PayPal using the pay invoice button on this page. After we receive payment, we will forward hard copy training materials to you. After you receive the materials we will arrange a mutually convenient time for the training sessions (usually 3 – 2 hour sessions for the equivalent of one day’s classroom training. You should allow at least two weeks after booking training for the actual training to start.
